Return & Exchange Policy
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Final Sale items may not be returned.
1.Email customerservice@cooperandella.com for a return/exchange authorization form.
2.Complete the return/exchange form. Securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package. Please send your return to: Attn: Cooper & Ella Returns Creative Logistics Services 587 Industrial Road Carlstadt, NJ, 07072
3.Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Cooper & Ella cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not receive. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
4.You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. Refunds & Processing Time If your package arrives at Cooper & Ella within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Cooper & Ella.
