Return Policy

cooper & ella wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your online purchase. We will gladly refund full price merchandise that has been unworn, unwashed, unaltered and accompanied by a receipt, within 30 calendar days of purchase. 

Return Merchandise: Terms and Conditions

  • Please e-mail customer service at info@cooperandella.com with your order number, the merchandise you would like to return and reason for return.  You will receive confirmation with shipping instructions within three business days.  
  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All returns must have been originally purchased from cooperandella.com and must be returned in new, unworn and undamaged condition.
  • The garments must include all original packaging and must have the original hang tags attached.
  • Returns made within 30 calendar days of the invoice date will be credited to the original form of payment within two weeks of receiving the return.
  • All returns must be sent insured via registered mail, or a delivery service that offers package tracking services and requires a signature upon delivery.
  • cooper & ella does not offer pre-paid shipping labels at this time. 
  • Your will be refunded for the purchase price of the merchandise returned, minus the shipping costs, duty and taxes and/or other costs incurred to ship the merchandise to / from cooper & ella.
  • In the event you refuse your package, all charges related to the refused order will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the customer's refund.
