4.You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. Refunds & Processing Time If your package arrives at Cooper & Ella within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Cooper & Ella.
